If a property manager cancels your original booked reservation prior to check-in for any reason (e.g. the home was unexpectedly sold, irreparably damaged, or double-booked), we will find you an alternative accommodation of equal or better value, or else provide you with 100% of your money back.
Cancellations received prior to 50 days before date of check-in are eligible for a 75% refund of the reservation total.
If canceling at or less than 50 days before arrival, the reservation is fully non-refundable and guests will be responsible for paying the entirety of the booking total. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures. Please note that bookings that overlap Christmas and/or New Year’s are fully non-refundable upon submission.
